Soffits & Fascia's Nottingham
The majority of rooflines are usually made of timber, making them prone to rot and in need of regular painting and repair. Without this repair treatment, damp can penetrate through roof spaces, leading to rotting joists or even worse, damp, mouldy patches on your ceilings.
With our range of PVC-U roofline products, Prestige Builds Ltd can help to permanently resolve this problem. We supply and install PVC-U fascia’s and guttering in a large choice of colours to match the existing colour of your double glazing and composite doors. We also provide roofline products in three different wood grain finishes if preferred.

Soffits & Fascia Installation
With customer satisfaction at the front of our trading practices, our installers will ensure all existing roofline products are removed and cleared, prior to the efficient installation of our quality backed soffits, fascia’s, guttering and bargeboard.
During the fitting process, our team of experienced installers will check all eves beams for any form of rot. Should any rot be found, we will cut back before installing replacement timbers. All fascia boards and soffits are then fastened to purpose made sprockets, rather than the eves beams themselves.
All guttering is fully water tight, with eves guards and bird combs installed underneath the roof tiles to prevent bird infestation. All rubbish is removed from site, leaving your property in a clean and tidy condition.
